PreKit
Privacy Policy
Effective date: 30 August 2026
What we collect
We collect the email address you voluntarily submit through the “Join the Journey” form. If you join Sound Mail Club, we also collect the parent or carer’s name, child’s age, country and, if provided, whether a one-time adventure or future Pen Pal subscription is of most interest. We may also receive ordinary technical or usage data generated by the website and email services that help us keep the site running.
How we use your information
We use your email to send the PreKit learning ideas, updates, behind-the-scenes news and early access to future resources you signed up for. Sound Mail Club details help us understand interest in one-time and ongoing adventures for families. We also use data as needed to operate, secure and improve the site and our email service.
Consent and unsubscribing
Joining requires a confirmed email address via double opt-in. You can withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@prekitplay.com.
Service providers
We use Brevo to manage subscriptions and send emails. Our website and infrastructure providers may process technical data as needed to host and deliver the site.
How we protect and retain data
We take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure, but no online service is completely risk-free. We retain data only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Children’s privacy
This website and newsletter are intended for parents, educators and other adults. PreKit does not knowingly seek personal information directly from children through this signup form.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing hello@prekitplay.com.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top will be revised when we do.
